Privacy policy

This is a translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

The short version

  • No cookies, no ads, no tracking.
  • No forms, no newsletter, no user accounts.
  • Fonts and images come from our own server.
  • The games remember your high score only on your device – and you can delete it at any time.

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with ALL-INKL.COM.

Access logs and access statistics are switched off. This means that no IP addresses, browser details or access times are stored. Your IP address is only processed briefly so that your device can load the page at all. The connection is encrypted via HTTPS.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website).

Visitor counter

To know how often the site is visited, there is a very simple counter: each time a page is opened, a single number on the server goes up by one. No IP addresses, no cookies and no information about your device are stored. Nobody can tell from it who visited the site.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in knowing how often the site is used).

High scores in the games

The games save your high score in your browser’s “local storage”. This is a small storage area on your own device. The high score is not sent to the server or to anyone else, and I cannot see it. Without this storage, the games could not remember your high score.

Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act) – strictly necessary for the game feature you are using.

The button below deletes all high scores saved by this site on this device. You can also do this in your browser settings under “clear site data”.

Fonts

The fonts “Crafty Girls”, “Flavors” and “Mea Culpa” are stored on our own server. No connection to Google or other providers is made.

Lemonade and coffee via PayPal

The page “Say thanks with a lemonade!” contains links to PayPal. Only when you tap one of them are you forwarded to PayPal – no data is sent to PayPal before that. PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, is responsible for everything that happens on PayPal’s site. See PayPal’s privacy statement for details.

If you pay this way, PayPal sends me the payment details, such as name, email address and amount. I only use them to record the payment and do not pass them on. They are deleted as soon as no statutory retention obligations apply.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for retention, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Email

If you send me an email, I process your email address and your message in order to reply. Emails are not end-to-end encrypted. The data is deleted once your request has been dealt with and no retention obligations apply.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

This site contains links to other websites. Data is only transferred when you tap such a link.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Simply write to the email address above. There is no automated decision-making or profiling here.
